comments: absolutely beautiful old British lamp. The Astro was the most common lava lamp in the UK in the sixties. Notice the beautiful copper color... Crestworth discontinued that finish in the early 80s, but you can still get the Astro in a brushed steel finish. A unit with the box, as pictured, would be quite a find!
